Me-Me-Me-Meeeeeeee! Ahem ...
It's time to put that shower voice to the test. The Nashville Symphony Chorus holds auditions on Jan. 12 from 4:30 - 6:45 p.m. and Jan. 18 from 1:30 - 5 p.m. All voices are welcome — including YOURS! Auditions include a sight-reading component, so get your notes straight. Auditions take place at First Unitarian Universalist Church, 1808 Woodmont Blvd., Nashville. All's Fair at Cummins Station
Need some last minute gifts? Head to the Cummins Station Artisan Fair this Friday, Dec. 19. You can browse hand-made goods by local artisans. Think jewelry, crafts, food and more. Admission and parking are free; hours are 11 a.m. - 3 p.m. Cummins Station is located at 209 10th Ave. S. in Nashville.

The Holiday Arts Fest Starts Today!
The 18th Annual Holiday Arts Fest starts today. Every day from 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. through Dec. 14, shoppers can browse the unique gifts created by Sarratt Arts Studio Faculty, students and invited artists. Items will also be available for auction, and all auction proceeds benefit Second Harvest Food Bank and the Mayfield 14 Student Fund at Vanderbilt. There's something for everyone at the Nashville Flea Market, taking place this weekend at the State Fairgrounds. Admission is free, parking is $4, and hours of browsing and buying is a given. A friend invited me to the ZamStores.com launch party on Monday night. Though I don't go out much, I decided to check it out. Free food and adult beverages are definitely a catch for this girl. Anyway, so I headed to Exit/In and celebrated the launch with a cocktail and some of the tastiest food I've had in a while. I'm a huge fan of yummy, unusual concoctions, and Red Pony pulled through in a huge way. The tastiest hummus EVER ... guacamole to die for ...
