Car Alarm Conundrum

So this afternoon my husband, Precious, and I heard a car alarm. We weren’t sure, at first, if it was on the television or in our neighborhood, so we ignored it for awhile. It came and went, on/off, several times.
Just as Precious was poised to say something like, “I wish that jerk would shut off his car alarm,” I glanced out our front window. Aha! It was Precious’ car that was making the noise. Egads.
I won’t make the leap to some sort of “don’t cast the first stone” moral, but I was reminded to tend my own business first, before looking elsewhere to assign blame.

This is so funny. - Just imagine what the neighbors were thinking!
(Hope it was just a false alarm.) (and your neighbors weren't home!)
Every day I get more and more reminders of how I can be such a nitwit, and it's helping me not flip out so much when someone does something nit-witty around me. (Um, not that anyone at your house was being a nitwit ...)
I need to make giant leaps forward in this area. I would have been more than poised to make that comment. ;) Thanks for the good reminder!
Precious is always telling me, "I never got in trouble for something I DIDN'T say." So I try to follow his advice when I'm tempted to "pop off" about something. Good thing he held his tongue this time, too!
