Hey business peeps: confused about Twitter? Read this.
You know a company is tired of justifying their relevance when they launch a website with the sole purpose of explaining what their product is, why it matters and how to use it. Enter Twitter 101 for Business, Twitter's newest effort to market its services to skeptical business folk.
While I LOVE the concept, I doubt any actual "business" types are going to take the time to read it.
The real winners here are the PR, marketing and communication peeps who are constantly trying to explain to their clients and/or employers why they do (or don't!) need to micro-blog -- rejoice! Now when folks ask you for "best practices," you can send them here!
Give it a read and let me know what you think: is it helpful? Did it explain everything? Did you check out the lingo section? I wonder how much Dell et al had to pay to become the official Twitter for Business case study crew? (My vote would have gone to Southwest Airlines all the way.)

Her Datebook
